The winners of this year’s Family Christmas Window Decoration Competition were given their prizes on Saturday, 20 Dec 2008 at a ceremony in the White Hart Hotel.
The local businesses were very generous and there were prizes for not only the top four but also every one of the runners up! Thank you again to our sponsors (see below) – please support them with your referrals and patronage.
There was a special prize for the winner of the world-wide online poll – see the complete results of the poll, below.

The Whitchurch Arts Family Christmas Window Decoration Competition is now accepting entries!

You have two options: Fill in an official entry form at the White Hart Hotel, or fill in the form below.
Note: If you want Santa to drop by and see your window then you will need to include £1 with a filled-in entry form that you put in our drop-box in the White Hart.
Two children from Whitchurch Primary School have won the Christmas Card design competition put on by John Dollin Printing Services Ltd.
Alice Gibb’s design will be on the Christmas Cards given out by John Dollin; and Tolii Reeves-Hall’s design will be on the school’s card.
The children were invited to John Dollin last Wednesday to watch their drawing being made into the cards. The general manager, John Young, showed the enthusiastic youngsters around the shop floor where they saw many kinds of posters, brochures and cards being made.
Congratulations to these young artistic winners!
