Entry Form for Competitions
No more submissions accepted at this time.Pumpkin Competition
Get yourself a pumpkin and do something creative with it. You can carve it, or arrange a few into an artistic pumpkin patch! Be creative!
Once done, put your pumpkins in your window or garden where the public can see it during the week starting Sunday, 25 October. Judging will take place through the week, finishing Friday evening.
Fill in the form above (do it now!) so that we can schedule a member of Whitchurch Arts to pop around that week to judge the fruits of your efforts. We’ll take a photo and put it on our website HERE.
Then, on Saturday, 31st October, bring your creative pumpkins (or one from your ‘patch’) to the Meadow at 5:30pm. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony which starts there at 6pm. Photos of the winners (pumpkins, guys and people!) will appear here on our website, too.
Guy Competition
Whitchurch Arts is also having a Guy competition! Make a creative Guy and bring it to the Meadow for 5:30pm on 31st October. The ones judged best will win a dinner for 2 at the Blue Ginger, and the honour of being thrown on the bonfire first (of course, you can elect to keep your safe from the pyromaniacs). We’ll take a photo and put it on our website HERE, too.
Fill in the form above to enter these competition(s).
Meadow Fun on 31st
There’s a fun lot of family entertainment planned by Whitchurch Festival for the evening of the 31st on the Whitchurch Meadow. Also be sure to have a hunt around this and other websites, including the Whitchurch Forums, for some hidden pumpkins…
