Entry Form – How to Participate

The Whitchurch Arts Family Christmas Window Decoration Competition is now accepting entries!

You have two options: Fill in an official entry form at the White Hart Hotel, or fill in the form below.

Note: If you want Santa to drop by and see your window then you will need to include £1 with a filled-in entry form that you put in our drop-box in the White Hart.

Get your official entry form from The White Hart Hotel; fill it in and drop it back in the collection box there.

Why not fill it in while having dinner or a drink at the White Hart? Simple.

If you want to, you can download the form now by clicking the image below, print it yourself, fill it in, and then drop it into the White Hart.

Its FREE to enter!  If you want Santa to visit, then include £1 (tape it onto the form; or put form and money in an envelope – your choice).
