An Arty Gregarious Maelstrom, or is it Annual General Meeting?, for Whitchurch Arts is to be held at the White Hart on Tuesday, 22 September at 7pm for 7:30pm. Come at 7 to mingle and enjoy a drink and snack.

There will be a look-back at the numerous events we’ve held in town over the past year and a chance for local residents and artists, like you, to help decide the sorts of things we’ll put on over the coming year.

Members of Whitchurch Arts are welcome to put forward motions – if possible, please contact us with your proposal so that we can include it in the agenda and circulate it to other members before the meeting.

   • The ~ symbol (in various artistic forms) should be adopted as the official logo (this motion is put forward by Andrew Reeves-Hall)
   • The meeting dates should be set as “the third Thursday in every month” (this motion is put forward by Andrew Reeves-Hall)
   • The new Committee create a standard Agenda for ‘business’ gatherings with ‘AOB (Any Other Business)’ towards the top in order to give priority to the discussion of new ideas and initiatives. (this motion is put forward by John Buckley)
