A section about membership should be added. Are groups allowed to join? If so, then in what capacity (e.g. £10 membership gets the group a place on the ‘Artists’ page only? Individual members of group must still join themselves personally?). How long does membership last for (1 year?)
~Andrew~
I agree that a section defining membership should be added. It should be worded in such a way so as to encourage new and aspiring talent to join our ranks.

There needs to be accountability to the membership – an AGM within a time-frame and rules on and methods for the elections of ‘officers’. Officer’s roles should be included as well as the inclusion of a ‘Committee’. Definition of a Quorum should also be there together with clarity on the running of gatherings.
Membership – and its eligibility criteria must be there too, as well as how the Constitution can be amended…..
I think it needs some work. Its good start.
Here’s another…
Shouldn’t a Constitution say where any funds are to go should the body be wound up?
