It is likely that you cannot vote because someone else at the company you work for (and whose computers you are using) has already voted. Most companies access the internet through a single “firewall” or address – so this website thinks there is just one person, even if behind that “firewall” there are thousands.
Please try voting from a computer that is not at your company – e.g. at your home.
